When it comes to being the most satisfying brand on the market, twice is nice for Lincoln. AutoPacific named Lincoln the Top Premium Band in its Vehicle Satisfaction Survey for the second straight year in 2021 based on how well its luxury vehicles are loved by drivers.

The annual AutoPacific Vehicle Satisfaction Survey asks owners to rate how satisfying their vehicles are in 36 different categories. Those responses are used to determine which brands and vehicles keep drivers feeling the most fulfilled. VSA cites the brand’s Quiet Flight DNA and focus on creating sanctuary-like spaces as a major factor for its victory.

Respondents rate Lincoln the highest of all premium brands in attributes like vehicle quietness, ride quality, handling, and safety. Given features like Active Noise Control, Adaptive Suspension with Road Preview, and Lincoln Co-Pilot360™, it’s no surprise that Lincoln is tops again. AutoPacific also credits a “powerful yet buttery smooth” engine lineup, which includes the massive 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 standard on the Lincoln Navigator and the electrified powertrain standard on the 494-horsepower Lincoln Aviator Grand Touring.
